Harrisburg Last min update

Hey all Just got this from Sister Lauretta,

Students should arrive at Carroll by 8:15-8:30 to load the bus.

Pizza will arrive at 11:30.  When we arrive, we check in with security, set up, eat, perform.  We'll get a tour of the capitol building, then get on the bus to go home.  We should arrive back at Carroll at 4:00 PM or earlier.

I asked our students to donate $5.00 for a tip for the bus driver, please bring it with you and I will collect it at archbishop carroll when we arrive.

Harrisburg Info March 28th

Bus for Harrisburg is leaving Carroll at 9:00 AM.  We usually arrive back to Carroll at about 3:00 PM.  We have one 54 passenger bus so there are some seats available for parents who wish to attend. 

Please contact me at dmyers@noolp.org if you are interested in accompanying your student on the bus we have a few seats available for chaperone.

Mater Dei Jazz fest Info: March 18th
Mater Dei Catholic Regional School, 493 E Main St, Lansdale PA 19446Arrival:  6:00 pm.  You will be shown to your warm up rooms.
 Time:  Show begins at 7:00 pm

Harrisburg: March 28th
Bus leaves from Archbishop Carol (normally at 9am waiting for confirmation)
Returns 4pm (approximation)

CONCERT POSTPONED

Hello All,

Our concert for Friday FEB 10th at Archbishop wood has been postponed until FEB 22nd (Wednesday). Please be sure to mark your calendars. I will also be posting additional information on Jazz Festival times hopefully later today. Thank you again!
