Dates and Clarification

Hello Jazz Parents,

I wanted to send an email clarifying to everyone of our up coming concerts that we have committed to, or are attempting to commit to attend.

Feb 23^rd @ Archbishop RYAN

-1:30 Rehearsal

- 4:30 Concert

March 1^st @ Villa Joseph Marie High School 6pm (Jazz Festival)

-Some of you have responded via email however if you could fill out the form for me it puts everyone on one paper!!! 

March 6^th @ Harrisburg (Field Trip)

-I don't have much information on this trip for some reason... As I ave info ill pass it along.

April 5^th @ St. Aloysius Academy 6pm (Jazz Festival)

April 6^th @ St. Dorothy’s 2pm (Arts Festival)

TBA @ Archbishop Wood High School (Jazz Clinic/Festival)

I believe I have fixed all of the bugs with the google documents. I am really sorry that some of them have come through all strange. Try the three links above and let me know how they work. If you already submitted a form please fill another one out... i had to remake them all and couldn't keep the data previously submitted. I think i have been sharing the wrong link. Sorry for the learning curve!!! They just really help keep everything in one document when I do it right!

I would also love to do some service projects at some local nursing homes and or bookstores (Barnes and Noble etc,) but I want to wait until the weather warms up before we go committing to anything.

The kids have done an amazing job preparing some hard music in a short amount of time. They are some of the hardest working kids I have had the pleasure of teaching! I hope that we can have numerous opportunities to show off their talents
